Listen to Bon Jovi on iHeartRadio

One absent member of Bon Jovi is now back in the fold.

The band says in a website post that Tico Torres took his place behind the drum kit for their show in Fresno, California Wednesday night.  The group adds that he "played the full two-hour and 20-minute set!"  A couple of photos of Torres performing accompanies the post.

Tico, who just celebrated his 60th birthday on Monday, had been sidelined for nearly a month with health problems.  Bon Jovi had to postpone their September 10th concert in Mexico City at the last minute when Torres developed appendicitis, and needed to undergo an emergency appendectomy.

Ten days later - as Bon Jovi set to relaunch their tour at Rock in Rio in Brazil - Torres was back in the hospital, this time for emergency gall bladder surgery.  The band still resumed their tour, tapping drummer Rich Scanella to fill in.

However, Bon Jovi hasn't reunited yet with estranged guitarist Richie Sambora.  He abruptly left the tour in April, reportedly due to "personal issues."  Guitarist Phil "Phil X" Xenidis has been filling in.  Bon Jovi's "Because We Can" tour will continue with a show in Los Angeles Friday night.
