What a happy ending!
A cattle herding dog decided it was the right thing to do to approach a total stranger. The reason? The pooch had a wire tied around its throat, struggling to swallow water or food.
The man bends down and obliges. And the tail wags at the end say it all.
The dog followed the man after that and refused to be shooed away. :)
