An intoxicated woman was arrested in The Villages after fleeing the scene of a crash.
Sumter County sheriff's responded to a man who said his car was hit by a van. He said the van was driven by a woman who appeared drunk and was wearing only a bikini. According to Villages News, 33-year-old Carrie Head didn't have insurance and offered the man "services" as payment for the damage.
