A teacher is suing the school district that fired her after a student got a hold of a topless selfie she sent her boyfriend three years prior.
Lauren Miranda, 25, says she never posted the picture and is unsure how the student obtained it. She is seeking $3 million in damages from the district, saying this ever would've happened to a male teacher.
