During the first stage of the Tour de France Saturday morning, a woman holding a large sign clipped Germany's Tony Martin, causing him to go down and create a chain-reaction crash. Several other racers were sent sprawling to the ground after the woman stepped in front of riders to hold her sign up for the TV cameras. The Tour's deputy director told reporters the race organization is going to sue "this woman who behaved so badly."
