Dick Cheney firmly disagrees with President Obama's position on Iraq. Surprised? Yeah, me either. In an op-ed piece for the Wall Street Journal [owned by conservative media mogul Rupert Murdoch], former Vice President Dick Cheney and his daughter, Liz Cheney, blasts Obama over his decisions on Iraq and the current ISIS take-over.

Cheney wrote:

"Rarely has a U.S. president been so wrong about so much at the expense of so many."

Cheney pushed hard for the invasion of Iraq in 2002-2003 on the basis of weapons of mass destruction - you know, the weapons that were never found. The militant group ISIS has been quickly taking over Iraqi cities with violence escalating by the day. The Cheneys, along with plenty of other conservatives, want to send in U.S. troops to "stabilize democracy." Politicians like John McCain (R-AZ) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) claim that the U.S. looks weak if we do not deploy troops to fight ISIS.

"Iraq is at risk of falling to a radical Islamic terror group and Mr. Obama is talking climate change." [from the op-ed piece]

It seems like the same advocates of the Iraq War in 2003 are now pushing to get back into Iraq, despite the basis for invasion was based on false pretenses and fabrications that resulted in more than a trillion dollars in debt [a mess Obama is still trying to clean up] and thousands of U.S. soldiers being killed, and now you want to go back? Give me a break.
