The Osceola County Investigative Bureau arrested Gustavo Hernan Aranguren for operating a fake dentist office out of his home. The would-be dental hygienist was charged with practicing dentistry or dental hygiene without an active license and possession of drugs with intent to dispense or deliver.

The investigation of Aranguren's operation began after the Osceola County Sheriff's Office received a complaint that Aranguren was possibly operating an unlicensed dentist office out of his home back in January. According to the suspect's statement, Aranguren worked mostly in orthodontics, working on 15 to 20 patients performing fillings, X-rays, and minor dental work.

In addition to an array of dental tools and equipment, agents also found more than $112,000 in his home.
