U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle handed down a ruling today that declares Florida's ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional, a decision that joins four other Florida judges' rulings. The key difference here is that, since Hinkle is a federal judge, the decisions covers all 67 counties in the Sunshine State. 

Judge Hinkle also issued a stay meaning that same-sex couples cannot marry just yet, which is common with such rulings.
