A new video has surfaced of the altercation between Florida politician Alan Grayson and his wife, Lolita, that occurred last Saturday. Lolita filed for an injunction against Alan after he allegedly shoved her during a confrontation at their home Saturday in Windermere.

Alan Grayson's camp, of course, denied the claims. Grayson's press secretary Lauren Doney stated:

[The allegations] "are absolutely false, completely unfounded, and clearly designed to vilify and harm Congressman Grayson."

And now, a video has surfaced of Grayson's wife assaulting the congressman. The video is a bit shaky but it looks as though Alan was on the defense and Lolita was the aggressor, although it does not show who initiated the physical confrontation.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Lolita Grayson was identified as the victim and the offense is listed as domestic-violence battery and an investigation is currently open and active. Alan Grayson was not arrested and is not currently facing criminal charges.

The incident came about after Grayson showed up to the home unannounced wanting to see his children as Lolita was preparing to take them to a play date. After she refused Grayson then, according to documents:

"...then deliberately and with force pushed [Lolita Grayson] very hard against the front door, causing [her] to fall to the ground as a result..."

Lolita filed a petition to divorce just under 2 months ago, citing that their nearly 24 years of marriage is "irretrievably broken."
