Universal Orlando Resort has presented its reopening plans to the Orange County Economic Recovery Task Force:
June 1-2: Opening to Team Members to help test the new safety precautions put in place
June 3-4: Invited guests, Annual Passholders, and others will come to test the new guidelines
June 5: Open to the public
Other plans include:
Required face mask, and if a guest doesn’t have one they will be provided a free, disposable mask
Virtual Line will be implemented for a number of rides at both Universal Studios and slands of Adventure
Single-rider lines will be eliminated
All dining locations will offer mobile ordering and contactless payments
Cash will not be refused but protocols will be in place for guests who use it
Social distancing markings and “please stand here” markings have been installed throughout the parks
