The CEO of a mortgage company is in the headlines after he fired around 900 employees recently in a Zoom call. Vishal Garg, head of Better.com, told the employees he didn't have great news and advised that if they're watching him, they've been laid off. He said the last time he had to lay off employees, he cried.
