Just one indication of how John Cena uses his celebrity, no one has granted more Make-A-Wish requests with over 650 and counting. Recently the actor/wrestler heard about a Ukrainian refugee who had to tell her special needs son that they were going to meet John Cena so he would be willing to leave Ukraine. Cena flew to meet them, helping a mom keep her word to her son at a difficult time in their lives, and providing that kid with a life long memory. Nicely done Mr. Cena.
