As the search ensues for a suspect who escaped Miami police custody after a rough arrest --the department is conducting an internal investigation. Interim Police Chief Ron Papier says 25-year-old Leskeil Richards-who was wanted for violating probation and ripping off his ankle monitor-resisted arrest. He says if it's determined the officer violated department policy, action will be taken. Richards' family is begging for him to surrender.
