An Escambia County gospel singer is just one of five "American Idol" contestants who survived "Taylor Swift night."
Pensacola's Keyla Richardson advanced to the top five on American Idol last night.
She performed a version of 'Lover' by Taylor Swift and 'I'd Rather Go Blind' by Etta James.
Richardson will look to advance to the top three when the next episode of "American Idol" airs at 7 p.m. CT/8 p.m. ET on Monday, May 4.
