Yep. You read that right. I, for whatever reason, have decided to start drinking a most disgusting drink each and every morning to lose a couple lbs.
I just want to lose a few pounds and went down a black hole on YouTube and saw MANY and I mean MANY videos of young folks drinking ACV mixed with 1/2 lemon juice, Cayenne Pepper and Ginger. This one girl actually drank a whole cup. I tried that and essentially thought I was drinking my own liquefied vomit. Which is exactly what it tastes like.
Although, I find this to be incredibly unappealing the health benefits overshadow the tastes... we shall see how this turns out for me.
