Shalom Ifeanyi is seeking damages after she says she was singled out for her figure when told to remove pictures of herself posted to social media. The move means the volleyball player will also lose her athletic scholarship and may have to find a different school if she can't pay to stay at Cincinnati.
"I'm not trying to show my boobs Coach, I can't make them go away."
Ifeanyi argues that other students with smaller bodies are allowed to post pictures of themselves in two-piece bathing suits that are much more revealing than her modest postings, but because of her figure stemming from her African-American heritage, her pictures were "too sexy."
