Tuesday on the Monsters!

Jimmy O. Yang is calling the Monsters tomorrow at 9:00. I don't watch "Silicon Valley" , but this is what I've learned today.....

Silicon Valley season five returns Sunday, March 25 at 10pm ET/PT on HBO. This season, the tables are flipped as Jian Yang (Jimmy O. Yang) is the successful techie of the group and will be leading the show given T.J. Miller’s exit. 

Jimmy penned a book titled How to American that was released on March 13 about his assimilation and education in the United States while dodging his parents’ relentless attempts to convince him to pursue a more practical career. Much to his parent’s disappointment, Jimmy quit a promising internship in finance to pursue an unlikely career in comedy. Eventually, after trying many different jobs, he achieved the American Dream, landing as a regular on Silicon Valley and, in 2016, becoming a U.S. citizen. 

On the big screen, he will next be seen in New Line Cinema’s Life of the Party alongside Melissa McCarthy this May; Warner Brothers' Crazy Rich Asians alongside Constance Wu this August; and STXFilms' The Happytime Murders alongside Melissa McCarthy this August.
