It's the announcement festival-goers both wait for excitedly and dread at the same time... the schedule. Fingers crossed this isn't the moment you find out which two of your absolute favorite artists you're gonna have to chose between because it just so happens they're playing at the EXACT SAME TIME.
Let's see if it's all that bad...
Friday: Sheryl Crow goes up against Trombone Shorty in the late afternoon. That's a hard choice if you've never seen Sheryl Crow and you also love the power of a horn-powered funk band. Headliner Muse and late night choice Bassnectar run unopposed as Friday night becomes Saturday morning, at which point you're to choose between electro-funk duo Chromeo, or the star-studded Superjam, a Bonnaroo staple which is dedicated this year to the music of the late Tom Petty, who headlined the festival in 2006.
Saturday: Bon Iver fans who don't want to miss Rebelution will be happy to know that they're playing a second set later, however it will be a completely different set, so the hardcore Iver-ers will probably be at both. Good news is, they'replaying before and after Eminem, so no need to miss Slim Shady (if that's your thing). Also, if you've ever asked your local bar band to play "Wagon Wheel by Darius Rucker," do yourself a favor and watch Old Crow Medicine Show do it how it's meant to be on Which Stage.
