A guy who called himself Victor used an app called "teenchat" to pose as a 15-year-old to pick up young girls.
Police in Adams County, Pennsylvania are looking for a man in his 30s with long dark hair and a long nose who is accused of picking up a 13-year-old girl in his Dodge pickup truck and taking her to his home where he gave her drugs and sexually assaulted her. He's described as going by the name "Victor" and being between 30-35 years old.
