"Hey, my head could probably fit in that!"

Those were the words 19-year-old Kaitlin Strom ended up eating after sticking her head in a large exhaust pipe and then not being able to get it out. Strom was stuck for 45 minutes in the parking lot of the Winstock Music Festival while emergency crews needed a power saw to free her from her plight.

She was cited by police for underage drinking.
