President Donald Trump on Monday appeared to rule out - at least for now- declaring a national emergency to build a wall along the U.S. - Mexico border, setting aside one of the White House’s leading chances for ending the 24-day partial government shutdown.

While Washington digs it's self out of a weekend snow storm, negotiations for reopening the federal government are just as frozen. Thousands of federal employees have gone a month without a paycheck, many calling for politicians to have their banks accounts frozen until they end the shut down.

“We elect our politicians to “work” for us in the government, not to shut it down” says Russ Rollins of The Monsters in the Morning, Real Radio in Orlando Florida. “Walking out of meetings, not negotiating and shutting down the government, only at the expense of hard working Americans is not acceptable! A large number of these government employees can not afford to go a month with out a pay check. Wealthy, billionaire and millionaire politicians have no idea what it’s like to not have money to pay their bills.”

That is why support is growing to “lock” or “freeze” the bank accounts of all politicians during any government shut down. The idea is, if this non-partisan law was enforced, the shut down would never take place. No government employee would ever go with out pay. If Donald Trump could not even get cash from an ATM, he would never walk out of a shut down meeting. If Nancy Pelosi couldn’t get money out of the bank, she would be more willing to negotiate.

Hard working Americans are being asked to go without income, while fat cat politicians are not doing their job. They are not negotiating, and not suffering like the TSA workers in this country. Freezing bank accounts and cutting off access to funds will force fat cat politicians to do the job they were elected to do.

At the time of this report , there are currently no meetings scheduled, no new proposals being traded, no help to reopen the shut down in both parties.

Lower income government employees are paying the price for hard headed wealthy politicians.

Would you support a freeze of politicians bank accounts until the shut down is over? I know I would.
