Universal Orlando kicked off their annual spook-fest, Halloween Horror Nights on September 6th. Starting a couple weeks earlier than usual (thanks to moving Rock the Universe to February), HHN 29 started off with a bang! From the houses, streets, Academy of Villains, and the Marathon of Mayhem, I'm hearing all great reviews about the event.
I was able to attend on Saturday night. We took our time and did 3 houses (Classic Monsters, House of a 1,000 Corpses, and Depths of Fear. All AMAZING!), but then we did my favorite thing and wandered the streets for photos. Here's a few shots from Anarch-Cade, a synth heavy arcade with nunchuck wielding stilt walking ladies. Rob Zombie's Hillbilly Deluxe, his first solo album personified. And Vanity Ball, a botched plastic surgery party in LA that gets crashed by an episode of Rupaul's Drag Race and the Real Housewives of Universal Studios. Cant wait to go back again and again for more photos! What are you most looking forward to about the event? Tweet me @MagicCityMayhem
