A law maker has proposed a bill that within a month of turning 50, you go and catch that snippy! Or after you have fathered 3 children. Whichever happens first. If plan b is the case at hand, when does the vasectomy take place? Immediately following the conception of the 3rd child? What happens if that pregnancy doesn't go full term? If you wait until child 3 is actually born, the daddy in question had at least 9 more months to squeeze a couple more out. Would each kid after the third have a fine attached? So many questions!
