Enzian Theater hosting online movie premier!

From The Enzian Theater's Facebook page:

Dear Friends of Enzian,

As you know, due to the global pandemic, we are currently closed. Next weekend, we were set to open Saint Frances, a charming, award-winning film which IndieWire called "Wise and witty... the result is satisfying and hard-won, a coming-of-age story told on just a slight delay."

We have been working with Oscilloscope, the film’s distributor, to come up with a method for our dedicated patrons to see this film during its theatrical release phase, and at the same time, support Enzian during this challenging time. Although Saint Frances will not be available for public rental or sale for several months, we wanted to make it accessible to you now for home viewing.

Here’s how this works:

For $11.50 (the $10 cost of matinee movie ticket and a $1.50 processing fee), Oscilloscope will email you a link to the film, which is viewable on any internet-connected device including laptops, tablets, and smartphones. If you have the appropriate technology (Chromecast, Amazon Firestick, AirPlay, SmartTV, etc), you may be able to stream this to your television at home from your computer or phone. This link will give you access to the film for 48 hours after it is emailed to you. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as “SP Oscilloscope Labs.”

For every purchase of Saint Frances from Friday, March 20th – Thursday, March 26th, $5 directly goes back to Enzian in an effort to support us while we are facing a difficult time.

We are doing everything manually and we may run into some kinks along the way, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

More than anything, we appreciate your support and hope to bring you more great indie films on-demand in the coming weeks!

Sincerely,

Enzian Team
