A quick-thinking California teen helped save her family's dogs from a bear perched on a backyard wall. In a video, which has been shared on TikTok and has more than 7 million views, the melee began when a mother bear and her two cubs were walking on a backyard wall when the family's four dogs noticed and started barking. The cubs went behind a tree, but the mother bear took a couple of swipes at the dogs with her massive paw. That's when 17-year-old Hailey Morinico jumped into action by shoving the bear from the wall, and even carried one of her dogs away to safety. The bear popped its head over the wall before running away. Morinico had a scratch, but neither she nor her dogs were seriously injured.
