Ripley's Believe It or Not! "can say with confidence" Kim Kardashian didn't do any of the alleged damage to Marilyn Monroe's iconic "Happy Birthday" dress from 1962 according to a press release from the company on Thursday.

The dress, which was acquired at an auction in 2016 was evaluated in early 2017 and a report stated a number of the seams were pulled and worn, which made sense given the delicate nature of the material.

A recent Instagram post by the account @marilynmonroecollection showed a side-by-side image of the dress that aimed to blame Kardashian for some of the garment's crystals missing or hanging by a thread.
