The Baltimore Orioles (63-67) defeated the Tampa Bay Rays (76-53) 3-2 in ten innings on Saturday night. With the loss, the Rays have dropped the series in Baltimore, their third straight series loss.
Liam Hicks homered in the second and Junior Caminero hit a RbI single in the sixth to make it 2-0 Tampa Bay. The Orioles answered with a two-run homer from Samuel Basallo in the eighth to make it 2-2, before winning it in the tenth on a RBI double from Dylan Beavers.
The Rays will now look to avoid being swept when they meet the Orioles in the series finale on Sunday afternoon.
