On 02/04/2017, at approximately 0812 hours, Arthur Adams was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market located at 5559 Claracona-Ocoee Road.  The subject pictured above was witnessed leaving the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market with Arthur Adams.
