On May 2, 2017 between 1130-1200 hours, an Attempted Kidnapping occurred. The victim stated she was running on the Econ River Trail, on the west side of Dean Road (Jay Blanchard Trail), when a silver sedan pulled up beside her. The suspect exited the passenger side, grabbed the victim by her arm, and attempted to pull the victim towards the car.  The victim began screaming, and fighting, and was able to pull away from the suspect and run away.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 50-60 years of age, with a medium salt and pepper hair with a scruffy beard, approximately 6’0-6’4 in height, and approximately 215-230 lbs.  The suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
