Police in Britain are updating the death toll in a blast outside an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena early Tuesday morning. In a news conference this morning the Greater Manchester Police said there are 22 people confirmed dead and 59 hurt. The bombing is being treated as a terrorist attack while it is under investigation. There are reports that a suicide bomber is responsible for the attack that took place after the concert was over, and that police may have identified the body of the suicide bomber.
Grande was not hurt and has since cancelled her world tour.
