A new fence and other improvements are coming to the Pulse Nightclub Memorial in Orlando, Florida.  Yesterday, the city council approved the upgrades, which also include lighting, landscaping and parking.  Pulse foundation chair Barbara Poma says it will include a new display in honor of the 49 people who lost their lives in the mass shooting at the club last year.  

Poma says pictures and names of each victim will be featured at the front of the building.
