Was This Gator Going to Attack the Hand That Feeds It?

There's a video making the rounds of a female employee at a gator park "sneaking up" on an alligator, and then feeding it raw chicken. 

All is good until the gator goes back into the water . . . and then makes a sudden turn like it's going to attack. The woman and a guy who's been helping her are startled . . . and they jump back, just in case.
