Why did I get DUMPED from Twitter??

I had over 13.5 THOUSAND followers on Twitter. I use Twitter to inform Monster listeners about cool posts we have on our website at Monsters.fm . I also had several great contacts in my Twitter instant messages, that are important to me. I started my Twitter account in 2009.
On the first day of our Christmas vacation, I went to post something on my Twitter account ( @RussRollins ) .... and this is what came up!!
Someone named "Tribe Astaa" had all my friends and followers! They totally took over my account. If you got a Tweet from me over the break, it was not me. I wrote to Twitter to explain my issue. I've had the account since 2009, I had 13.5K followers and friends and I really would like to get MY NAME back.
I heard nothing from anyone at Twitter, but when I checked the @RussRollins account on Twitter today... this is what came up:
