Shay Mooney shared a heartwarming moment with one of his sons.

The Dan + Shay star shared a video of himself singing “The Christmas Song” to his youngest child. He wrote in his caption on Instagram: “Time goes by too fast. Soak it in. Merry Christmas ❤️.” “The Christmas Song” is one of 21 tracks that Mooney and duo partner Dan Smyers included on Dan + Shay’s It’s Officially Christmas: The Double Album, along with other Christmas classics and original holiday music.

“They know that Santa's on his way/ He's loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh/ And every mother's child is gonna spy/ To see if reindeers really know how to fly/ And so I'm offering this simple phrase/ To kids from one to ninety-two/ Although it's been said many times, many ways/ Merry Christmas to you.”

Mooney and his wife, Hannah Love Mooney, welcomed their firstborn son in January 2017. Asher James will turn 8 on January 24. Ames Alexander followed, and will turn 5 on February 21. Mooney’s third son, Abram Shay, will turn 2 on January 17. Mooney and his wife announced in July that Baby No. 4 is on the way. Hannah said during a two-part episode of Get Real with Caroline Hobby that she’s “gonna let Shay handle the announcement [the gender reveal] because he’s so funny that I’m like, we’ve got to do something funny or fun, because he’s so fun.”
