We may not see these stateside anytime soon (although, ingredient-wise, it seems certainly plausible), but McDonald's in Hong Kong has added two grilled sandwiches to its McCafe menu, one of them sounding like a perfectly American creation: Grilled Mac n Cheese with Bacon.
That second flavor you see there? More of a Korean-style dish that includes cheesy corn with mushrooms.
