The Florida Amazon delivery driver who was caught on video sneaking a woman out the back of his van speaks out about the incident that cost him his job.
Tywan George, from Tampa, was caught on camera after giving “his partner” a special delivery while on the job.
According to a recent interview with TMZ, Tywan said he just did “‘what any other man in America would do in his situation.”
An Amazon spokesperson said Tywan’s actions didn’t “reflect the high standards we have for our Delivery Service Partners and their drivers.” Amazon's company policy prohibits unauthorized passengers from entering Amazon vehicles.
