Would You Eat This 3D Printed Ribeye?

I am always down for eating something new. Especially if it helps to save the cute animals around the world that also happen to be delicious.

But most of the food we eat has been modified in a huge way. Have you ever seen what the original corn looked like?

Israeli company Aleph Farms is working with the the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology to cultivate a lab-grown ribeye intended to have the qualities, textures and taste of a real steak without killing an a poor little cow. Aleph Farms has created the ribeye using new 3D bioprinting technology and a culture of live animal tissue.
