Man Arrested for Exposing Himself at Miami-Dade Metrorail Station

Miami-Dade, FL - A 27-year-old Florida City man has been arrested for exposing himself at a Miami-Dade Metrorail station during the early hours of Wednesday morning.

According to an arrest report, the incident unfolded around midnight at the Dadeland South Metrorail station at 9150 Dadeland Blvd.

Upon the arrival of law enforcement officers, Cousins attempted to flee the scene, allegedly pushing one of the officers to the ground and engaging in a physical struggle, leading to the deployment of a Taser by another officer.

Cousins was taken into custody and transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital for medical clearance.

He made a second escape attempt after his release from the hospital, however, officers apprehended him before he could leave the hospital's premises.

Cousins faces two felony counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, one felony charge for escaping custody as a sexually violent predator, and a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure.
