The mother-in-law of a man shot dead by Broward Sheriff's deputies outside a Weston apartment is speaking out. Wanda Cordero says she has no idea why her 55-year-old son-in-law was acting suspiciously this morning in the 14-hundred block of Capri Lane. She did admit he had been missing for a few days and may have been going through mental difficulties. No word yet on how many deputies fired shots, but no one else was injured.
