Florida - According to data from the Florida Division of Elections, over 5.7 million Floridians have already cast their votes for the 2024 Presidential election.
The breakdown, released Wednesday, shows that 3,340,065 voters took advantage of early voting locations, while 2,357,922 opted to vote by mail.
Republicans lead the turnout with 2,564,067 ballots cast, followed by Democrats with 1,896,098, unaffiliated voters at 1,112,145, and 125,677 from third-party voters.
In Miami-Dade County, 581,641 votes have been recorded, with 357,809 coming from early voting and 223,832 by mail.
Republicans have cast 228,902 ballots in Miami-Dade, surpassing Democrats who have submitted 196,822, alongside 145,502 from independent voters and 10,388 from other affiliations.
Broward County reported 491,775 ballots submitted, with 283,624 in early voting and 208,092 by mail.
Democrats lead in Broward with 241,284 votes, compared to 128,331 from Republicans, 112,586 from independents, and 9,574 from third-party voters.
As of September 2024, Florida has approximately 13.85 million registered voters.
This total includes around 5.46 million registered Republicans, 4.4 million registered Democrats, 404,890 minor party members, and 3.58 million voters with no party affiliation.
