Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava delivers the first State of the County for her second term tonight. Commissioner Raquel Regalado says there's plenty to tackle-- like the budget, housing, resilience and the new Sheriff's Office. But she says now is not the time to be giving out money, now is the time to tighten the belt with so many people at-risk of losing their homes. Levine Cava is also expected to discuss the future of solid waste management after nixing plans to build a new incinerator.
