Jimmy Butler may be a Warrior now, but his former landlord is turning up the "heat" on the former Miami star.
Five Star Marketing and Promotions is suing Butler for more than a quarter-million dollars saying he not only overstayed his lease by two months, but he also let his Miami Beach mansion "fall into complete disrepair due to misuse, neglect and waste."
The landlord claims Butler changed the locks and let the air conditioning system leak, causing the ceiling and hardwood floors to need to be replaced and the mold that grew because of the leak to be removed.
