Ft. Lauderdale's Mayor delivering his annual "State of the City" tonight. Dean Trantalis says he'll talk about goals, successes and even failures-- like the recently nixed Arts Park project. He will also update the status of the new police headquarters which has been plagued by construction problems. He says the project is on track and slated to open early next year.
